It is totally free of cost for new learners.
I want to tel you about to circuit designing.
First of all You have to collect the material of Circuit Designing.

1. Screen Cloth T-120 that is cloth which used to make the photo printing system.
2. Emulation PC99.
3. Becromite Chemical.
4. Benzine.
5. wooden frame.  
6. Binding  solution.
7. Printing Ink    

• after this you have to select the circuit of the needed Item and have to make a layout of the components.then you draw it at a Transparent Paper called (Transparency )or make the sketch on your PC and print with laser jet printer at the Transparency.
• Now for the printing of the PCB You have to fix the Screen at the frame. Now get the emulation PC99 and pore a little Benzine in to make it thin and three drop of Becromite .
•  Get a rubber scraper and spread the Emulation on the screen . 
• Store it in dork room to dry it.
• when screen is Dry put the sketch on it and a glass sheet on the sketch.
• put it in the sun light for one minute.
• wash it with water , now your sketch will be clear on the Screen.
• After draying the Screen You put the Screen on a Copper coted Sheet and spread the Ink on Screen.
• When You will separate the Screen from Copper sheet you will see the sketch will be printed at Copper sheet.
• Put it in the sun light till l it go dry.
• Dip the Copper sheet in Ferric Acid solution and agitate with any thing.
• You PCB will be Ready within one Hour or less.
• It is my own experience and want to tell all other friends for there Knowledge.
